This new solution should support the Division’s business processes of entry, manipulation, maintenance,retrieval and dissemination of cadastral information to both its internal and external clients. This assignment is aimed at establishingan Enhanced Geographic Information System which is intended to reduce the turnaround time for system requests; increase options forthe electronic delivery of cadastral information; accept cadastral information in digital format and to provide greater functionality touser groups and external stakeholders.

The estimated duration of the assignment is eleven (11) months.

The Central Tenders Board on behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders toprovide the Division of Lands and Surveys with an Upgrade of the Cadastral Manangement System (CMIS). The name and address of the firm must be printed on Envelope 2–Financial Proposal.

Envelopes must be addressed to the Chairman, Central Tenders Board, 116, Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain and be deposited inthe Brown Tenders Box located in the lobby of the Board’s Office not later than 1.00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday 19th September,2013.

Consultants should note that the dimensions of the slot on the Tenders Box are 37.5 cm X 5.5 cm and as such, tenders should bepackaged accordingly.

The Technical proposals will be opened shortly thereafter. The Bidder or an authorized representative may be present at theopening.

Late bids will not be considered in any circumstances.

The Board does not bind itself to accept any bids.

The Central Tenders Board reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or even partially, without defraying anycost incurred by any firm in submitting their proposal.
