RATES
The minimum food & beverage spend will vary based on the day of the week, the area of the restaurant, and the timing of your event.
Automatic 20% gratuity will be applied and a 50% deposit is required to secure an event.

FOOD
We would be happy to customize any of below menus to tailor them to your guests, depending on the custom menus.
Menu selections are required at least one week before your event, after this time we cannot guarantee any changes to the menus.
Our food menus will change seasonally in which case your selected event menus will change as well. Your event manager will ensure you have our most up to date menus for the season and make any necessary changes.

We have proudly become known for our drink slinging abilities across the city, country and globe. Let us share our affinity of the wonderful world of cocktail making with you. Our drinks range from light and refreshing to big and boozy. You don’t need to be an expert, just tell us what you like and we’ll make sure it’s available. Our Standard bar offering includes bar rail spirits, 6 Raval house drinks, and Classic Cocktails. Our Custom offerings can include top shelf Spirits, our full Raval menu, and high end Classic Cocktails.
WINE
Our range of wines reflects the rich diversity available from passionate winegrowers in Spain and Portugal. Established classics from Rioja and Jerez are offered alongside cutting edge bottles from up-and-coming areas like the Canary Islands and Galicia. Our partners in Niagara round out our selection with delicious bottles from closer to home. Whether the occasion calls for wines that are light and delicate or rich and round, we are happy to assemble the right mix of wines for your event. Standard offering is two reds, two whites and two sparkling.
BEER
Our beer program is designed specifically to pair well with the tapas we offer. We work with local breweries and carry specific imports so that we can offer a menu that excites our palette. Standard offering is two beers on tap and two beers in bottles or cans.
COFFEE
Our flavourful and iconic coffee comes to you from local coffee roaster Sam James. Sam sources from several different farmers around the planet, ranging from Ethiopia, Ecuador, Kenya, Costa Rica and others. We use a local, grass-fed dairy for our milk from our friends at Sheldon Creek. Our tea is gathered from China and other regions, imported by O5Tea of Vancouver. Full coffee service is available.
