Dear families of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Like last year, we dedicate the month of September for our sermon series, this time highlighting our important titles of Mary which serve as timely reminder of the key role that she played in our salvation and provide multiple opportunities to honor her: Week I - Father Quang on “the God-Bearer” Week II - Father Erick on “The Mother of Mercy” Week III - Father Quang on “The Blessed Mother” Week IV - Deacon John on “Immaculate Conception” Week V - Father Arturo on “Our Lady of Mt. Carmel” As open community, too, this serves as our internal, spiritual preparation for the Second Marian Conference happening here at our parish on October 11-12. Thank you to those who have pre-registered, and we invite those who have not yet taken advantage of this weekend to register at the plaza or the Hall during pancake breakfast. “With Mary, We trust in God’s Mercy.” This week we start our Faith Formation classes. There is ore to bringing the children to class to learn their faith. It needs to be taught at home also and attending Mass as a family. Next weekend, September 6-7-8, we will have the Men’s English Emmaus Retreat. This retreat gives you a chance to spend time talking a walk with Jesus and renewing your faith. Queridas familias del Inmaculado Corazón de María, Como el año pasado, dedicamos el mes de septiembre a nuestra serie de sermones, esta vez destacando nuestros importantes títulos de María, que sirven como recordatorio oportuno del papel clave que desempeñó en nuestra salvación y brindan múltiples oportunidades para honrarla: Semana I - Padre Quang en "El portador de Dios" Semana II - Padre Erick sobre "la madre de Misericordia” Semana III - Padre Quang sobre "la Santísima Madre" Semana IV - Diácono John sobre "Inmaculada Concepción" Semana V - Padre Arturo en"Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmel" Como una comunidad también, esto sirve como nuestra preparación espiritual interna para la Segunda Conferencia Mariana que tendrá lugar aquí en nuestra parroquia el 11 y el 12 de octubre. Gracias a aquellos que se han pre-inscrito, e invitamos a aquellos que aún no han aprovechado inscribirse que este fin de semana se pueden inscribir en la plaza o en el Salón durante el desayuno de panquecas. "Con María, confiamos en la misericordia de Dios.” Esta semana comenzamos nuestras clases de Formación de Fe. Hay mas que traer a los niños a clase para aprender su fe. Se debe enseñar en casa y asistir a Misa con la familia. El próximo fin de semana, del 6 al 8 de septiembre tendremos un retiro de los Hombres de Emaus en ingles.
