Canada immigration from UAE
Express Entry is a point based immigration system. Gather the essential documents to apply, i.e. language proficiency test (i.e. IELTS) and Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and register your profile in online Express Entry System.
1. Express Entry Immigration System
As a skilled immigrant you must gather minimum 67 points based on your experience, language skills, education, etc. parameters, in Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) of Express Entry System to qualify.
2. Obtain 67 Points in FSWP
Get selected in the Express Entry pool of Candidates. The Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), selects the high ranked profiles from EE Pool through its fortnightly draws.
3. Get Selected in the EE Pool
If you are selected by IRCC in a fortnightly draw, based on your point score (called CRS score), you will get Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency in Canada.
4. Receive ITA from IRCC
On receipt of ITA from IRCC, you need to submit Permanent residency visa application to immigration office, attaching all necessary documents, within 90 days. This is as per the latest procedure, earlier the limit was 60 days.
