Our Vision


1. Leverage Mentoring To Support And Encourage Husbands And Wives In Marriage Relationships.

2. Become A Financially Self-sufficient Organization That Can Support The West Michigan Community.

3. Do Our Part To Fulfill The Great Commission.


We are a faith-based organization. We believe in the trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). We believe that God the Father sent His son Jesus to take human form and to die on a cross to save us from our sin (past, present, and future) and give us eternal life with the father when our time on earth is finished. We understand that God’s grace is a free gift to us. There is nothing we can do to earn our salvation. We believe that this gift is free to anyone who is willing to put their trust in Jesus as their Savior and Lord.

Mentor Relationships are 12-18 months

Mentor couples are trained and screened.

Mentees are discipled. Hopefully, they will be able to mentor someone else in the future.1 2 3


Ambassadors•Pastors

•Partnerships with the church


We want to be a tool in the toolbox

for pastors and church leaders.

Pastors are primarily Bible teachers. Unless they have specific training, they’re not therapists.

We’re here to supplement the

church’s resources – not

outsource pastoral care.

Our ambassadors not only represent 4BetterOr4Worse Ministry to their home churches, they also give their

churches a voice in our organization.

• Ambassadors help us communicate resources to their pastors and church leaders.
