Practical Approach for Transparency and Accountability
Find two people in the parish who are competent to manage financial affairs.
Have each interview with Pastor and finance council. Have one do the work, have the other check the work.
Don’t have them working together! Publish you results at least twice a year. If you have a question, ask the Diocese.
