Academic background - Law Faculty;
3 years experience in a Legal Adviser / Lawyer / Judge / Prosecutor;
2 years experience in commercial / banking legal area;
Proficiency in English
Able to draw-up, structure and formulate elaborated documents (good capacity in
phrasing legal documents, correspondence, opinions);
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
Hard working, detail oriented, extremely organized;
Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
Very good knowledge of the English language; Very good knowledge of the civil and of the specific banking legislation
Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point
Based on requests received, analyzes documents of legal entities customers /
guarantors (legal entities and entities without legal personality) when needed, in
order to verify the decision rights and their representation and for the purpose of
verifying the use capacitys specialty of the legal entities customers / guarantors
(legal entities and entities without legal personality) in order of their entry intocontractual relationships with the Bank.Ensures the drawing-up (i) of credit
contracts and all agreements/ancillary contracts to such, starting from the standard
models approved at the Banks level, including (ii) the additional acts to such
contracts, which the Bank enters into with Corporate customers, according to the
legal provisions and to the Banks internal procedures and approvals. Ensures thedrawing-up of credit contracts/ancillary contracts to such, which the Bank enters
into with Retail legal entities customers, in cases when specific amendments to the
contractual provisions are required by the specific features of the transaction,
according to the legal provisions and to the internal approvals, as well as in cases
when there is no standard model for a document, according to the provisions of the
applicable internal regulatory documents.
Based on the requests received, analyses the documents of the immovables andmovables proposed or existing collaterals, ancillary to the loans granted to legal
entities customers and formulates legal opinions in connection with it.
Prepare and submit to the employees from the secondary units and from the
Bank's organizational compartments, at their request, legal opinions on issues
related to lending off / restructuring / recovery / opening of accounts / other
activities of legal entities customers of the Bank in relationship with the Bank, in
order to identify, and propose appropriate risk management, depending on the
circumstances, methods of mitigation of these risks, from legal perspective
Whenever figures to be necessary, gives advice concerning different general orspecific matters determined over the manner of development of the business
relations between the Bank and the legal entities customers.
