For some hot spot in 3G network, the date traffic from some Nodup to 100M, and it would be 1G from eNode B in LTE era. In that
case, the SDH or PTN can not afford enough capacity for mobile
backhaul.
OSN 1800 brings GE to Node B/eNode B cost-effectively.
