INTRODUCTION This 35th Science Projects Workshop in the Future Classroom Lab is organized by the Next-lab project. 50 teachers and teacher representatives are expected to participate.

HOTEL Participants with the accommodation booked by European Schoolnet will stay at the Leopold Hotel Brussels EU, Rue du Luxembourg 35, 1050 Ixelles.

VENUE FOR SATURDAY The meeting on Saturday will continue at European Schoolnet premises:

European Schoolnet, Rue de Trèves 61, 1040 Brussels (eun.org).

European Schoolnet is 7 minutes away from the Leopold Hotel Brussels EU by bus or ca. 10 minutes by foot (see Figure 1).

HOW TO GET TO LEOPOLD HOTEL

From Brussels airport (Zaventem) to the nearest bus stop

Take bus1 number 12 which leaves from level 0 in the airport and get off at Luxembourg square (see Figure 1). The bus journey takes about 30 min.

From Brussels Midi (Zuid) Station to the nearest metro stop

Take Metro line 2 or 6 direction “Elisabeth” and get off at “Troon/Trone” station. The hotel is 5 minutes away by foot (see Figure 2).

DINNER FRIDAY NIGHT Dinner on Friday at 19:30 for ALL participants will be at Leopold Hotel Brussels EU, Rue du Luxembourg 35, 1050 Ixelles.

DINNER SATURDAY NIGHT

Dinner on Saturday night will take place at Restaurant “Chez Léon” – rue des Bouchers 24, 1000,Brussels http://www.chezleon.be/en/

1. Keep all boarding passes or train tickets.

2. If European Schoolnet (Next-Lab) paid for your travel:

a. At registration to the event on Friday, you will need to:

i. Hand in your used boarding pass.

b. After the event, you will need to:

i. Scan your return boarding pass or train ticket

ii. Send the scanned copy by email to:
