1. The application form must be scanned and sent 2 weeks before the beginning of the

conference to: [email protected]. Once received the application form, we’ll

proceed with the invoicing.

2. Payment must be done before the event by credit card or by bank transfer once the invoice

is received.

3. All the material requested will be delivered directly to the booth during the set up.

4. Prices on the order forms are without VAT tax.

5. The extra elements requested during the setup, will have an extra charge of the 10%.

6. We cannot assure the availability of the elements requested after the deadline.
