How to reviseMake notes on key facts/formulae (on cards or in a
notepad. A revision guide might help)
Test knowledge of those facts (self-quiz or get a
parent/sibling/friend to quiz you)
Practise exam papers and identify topics in need of
attention.
Ask your teacher or use online videos to learn those
topics (Corbett/Hegarty)
Use a revision workbook or website to practise
those topics.

Top Tips for Exams
• Read the question (twice!)
• Always write down something!
• Longer questions deserve more time
80 marks in 90 minutes, (roughly 1 min per mark)
• If you can’t do part (a), you can still try part (b)
• If you cross something out, replace it (but DON’T
give two answers)
• If you can’t see how to start a question, circle it and
come back later
• Use the calculator for calculations
• Eat breakfast!
• Sleep (the night before)
Exam Dates• Tuesday 21th May (am)
