3 DENEHURST CLOSEAnthony and Gwyn bought the plot of land which 3 Denehurst Close stands on in 1973 and agreed the design with architect Geoffrey Marks, the build was completed in December 1974; “We were initially attracted to the village of Barnt Green for its overall beauty and quietness and the extensive views across to the Malverns, allied with the excellent facilities of nearby Birmingham. Over the years we’ve seen the area develop and offer great amenities to a broad demographic” says Gwyn. Barnt Green has grown to be a large village offering a range of shops and services including Tony’s hardware store, which attracts people from miles around, fashion boutiques, hairdressers, good schools, a thriving church community and a whole host of annual events. “The village is a social place and the neighbours are very friendly and supportive” says Gwyn.

Seller Insight Anthony and Gwyn bought the plot of land which 3 Denehurst Close stands on in 1973 and agreed the design with architect Geoffrey Marks, the build was completed in December 1974;
