Mission: Prepare and institute mechanisms for distributing contactinformation for telecommunications industry personnel essential to telecommunications services restoration.

Report on the viability of past orpresent mutual aid agreements and develop, andreport on, any additional perspectives that may beappropriate to facilitate effective telecommunicationsrestorations.

Deliverables: Within six months of first meeting.
