David is an Economist specializing in insurance. He has experience in marketing, developing and distributing through direct channels and third parties as well as non-traditional channels. He is always searching for new channel and protection alternatives.

anderson is currently acting as CEO of the Salgado Oliveira university and consultant at a3FW. He was responsible for the commercial management of consumer financing and insurance at Itaú unibanco in partnership with Group Pão de açúcar/Ponto Frio.

Geric is First vice President and the champion for Microinsurance of the Pioneer Group of Insurance Companies. Having 27,000 clients in 2009, Pioneer Microinsurance saved more than a million lives in 2012.

Pedro leads SInaF Group, a private group with nine companies in five business divisions and 29 years of experience in the funeral service business. Since 2002 SInaF Group has been a pioneer in the development of popular insurance in Brazil.

James has over 22 years of executive experience driving profitable warranty programs in 28 countries around the globe. James is a consultant to insurance companies and administrators around the globe.

Hilario is responsible for operations in latin america, including inspections, issuance, policy supply chain/distribution, back-office support, for Personal, Broker and affinity businesses.

Carlos has been General Manager at Mibanco since april 2012. Prior to this he spent 14 years at Banco de Crédito BCP where his roles included Commercial Division Manager, Provincial Commercial area Manager and Small Business Bank Manager.
