PurposeTo train a brand new type of professions

and expertise known as [SMILE teacher].

The role of SMILE teacher is to introduce a brand new type of positive, happy, fun and interest courses, which will re-raise the interest of students in school education.

The SMILE teacher can be employ in most primary school, and can be introduce in Japan and ASEAN countries, not only encourage international communication, but also bring great improvement to all education system.

Begin the business:1)Form a proper schedule or plan to train a

teacher/volunteer into a SMILE teacher. The SMILE teacher will have to perform

the SMILE class in the ways of interesting, building student-teacher interaction, and fully base on positive psychology or humanistic theories

The training will be plan by authorities in certain area such as humanistic psychologist, play therapies, counselors, professor expertise in social science, and etc

Begin the business:2) After the training plan has been form, the next step is

to both find the schools and recruit the SMILE teacher at the same time.

During this period, the whole business will be in trial state, in other words everything will be free in order to encourage customers to try out this new type of education

By promoting the SMILE system via face to face interview or through some connection (such as friends who work in the certain schools), we can start building our business partners

As this type of occupation was very specialize, the payment will be higher than average teachers, and the teacher undergo training in our business facilities will be surely get a job

Begin the business:3) Sending the SMILE teacher to respective schools Since this is still the trial period, every fee or

payment from the school or the teachers will all be free

The SMILE courses will be implement in the school that made contract with our business prior to this

The SMILE teachers will be employed in the schools for 1 year, and their achievement will be evaluate via school’s feedback, questionnaires, parents’ reviews and the children’s average performances

Begin the business: If after a year trial, and the overall

performances of the SMILE teacher was good and bring positive effect to the learning attitude and grades of the children, than the business will officially start where payment will be demand

If the feedback review negative effect or no significant differences, than the business will rewind back to step 1, where the training schedule of the SMILE teacher have to redesign again.
