MedicalMedicalEach teacher will have the medical forms for every member of their activity group.

Please inform us if there are any changes that we need to know about.

If your child needs medication, please place this in a clear plastic bag with their name on the front together with any essential information and hand it in to Mrs House or Miss Hipgrove (depending on the coach they are travelling in) before they get on the coach. This will be passed onto the appropriate member of staff once we are on our way.
