3. Perspective view of the building(s) to be constructed along with the materials used such as fibers, glass, etc. on the facades or external walls and the impacts thereof on the nearby buildings / residents due to heat island effect and emissions from the air conditioning systems. Perspective view of the building shown in Annexure-3, Facades will be used in building is having low refractive index will used to reduce heat island effect and facades that provide the following functionality:
Enhanced sun protection and cooling load control while improving thermal comfort and providing most of the light needed with day lighting;
Enhanced air quality and reduced cooling loads using natural ventilation schemes employing the façade as an active air control element;
Reduced operating costs by minimizing lighting, cooling and heating energy use by optimizing the day lighting-thermal tradeoffs;
Improved indoor environments leading to enhanced occupant health, comfort and performance There are a number of urban heat island mitigation strategies including increasing the surface reflectivity and vegetation density in surroundings. This can be achieved by greening the urban environment by planting trees and vegetation; incorporating better roof designs such as cool roofs, greenrooms, reflective roofs and cool pavements. 4. Details on provision of ventilation, lighting arrangements, CO sensors & their functioning etc. in basement. S CO sensors will be provide in basement to monitor the concentration level in the air. Ventilation is required when the quantity of harmful gases reaches beyond limit. CO sensor coverage area is around 15 meter radius means that cover around 700 sq.m. adequate numbers of CO sensor will provide to ensure the CO concentration within limit. The specific gravity of Carbon Monoxide is 0.9657 (with normal air being 1.0), this means that it will float up towards the ceiling because it is lighter than regular air. However, when a buildup of dangerous levels of CO gas is taking place, this is nearly always due to a heat source that is not burning its fuel correctly (motor vehicle exhaust fumes are an exception). This heated air can form a layer near your ceiling which can prevent the Carbon Monoxide from reaching a ceiling detector A single-function carbon monoxide alarm is recommended. For basement car park, the mechanical ventilation system will be designed in such a way that the quality of replacement air shall not exceed that of the exhaust air. In addition, the system will be designed that it can be operated in two or more section conforming to the following requirements:
The capacity of each section will be such that in the event of breakdown the remaining sections should at least be able to provide half of the total required air
The sections will be operate through a common duct work; Each section of the ventilation system will be controlled that in the event of failure of one section, the
other shall continue to operate; The exhaust and supply parts of each section will be electrically interlocked such that failure of any
section of the exhaust part will automatically shut-down the corresponding section of the supply part; The exhaust and supply parts will be such that they can continue to run automatically in the event of a
failure in the principal source of electrical supply. For basement car park exceeding one level, the supply and exhaust parts will be designed in such a way
as to minimize intermixing of air between the different levels. Adequate lighting arrangement will be provided in basement as per NBC.
5. Details on solar energy utilization for the proposed project. We will use solar energy in street lighting and solar based LED Lighting for common plot. Solar based LED street Lighting: 25 Nos. of steet lighting pole of 24 W = 600 W, 10 Nos. of solar based LED Lighting for common plot of 24 W =240 Utilization of Solar energy will save (240+600= ) 840 W of energy.
