TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in the Evergreen Tours Europe River Cruising and Touring 2016 brochure. All bookings are subject to Evergreen Tours full

terms and conditions. The contract between Scenic Tours Pty Limited (“Evergreen”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and You includes: (a) the full Terms and Conditions; and (b) Your Itinerary. It is important that You carefully read the Contract as

You will be bound by it once You have signed the Terms and Conditions or otherwise paid the earlier of Your Booking Deposit or the Tour Price. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The tour advertised in this flyer is organised and/or operated by

Evergreen Tours Pty Limited a division of Scenic Tours Pty Ltd. (hereinafter called ‘We’) We reserve the right to alter or change the accommodation, carriers or coaches at any time for any reason. The Company reserves the right to cancel

or alter the itinerary and/or tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, non-performance of suppliers, industrial action, acts of war, acts of

terrorism, operational conditions and requirements. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be your responsibility. Tour variations or interruptions may occur due to road, river or weather

conditions; national or local holidays affecting the closure of public buildings and attractions; strikes, civil disturbances and advices by governments; Force Majeure Events; hazards associated with travelling in underdeveloped areas;

travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft and other means of transportation; high water levels; low water levels; flooding; lock closures; unscheduled vessel or vehicle maintenance. TRANSFERS: Airport transfers are only available on the

first and last day of Your Tour and at times We designate. Transfers outside these times will be at Your expense and must be secured by Your own arrangements. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of

$1,000 Per Person is due within 7 days of booking and no later than 31 October 2015 to secure the Fly Free offer. If taking advantage of a FLY DEAL, a second deposit of $2,000 per person is due 11 months prior to departure or no later

than 16 September 2015. It is advisable to take out Travel Insurance at this time.*TOUR PRICE: Tour price is per person, twin share and based on Category E Stateroom and is subject to availability. PAYMENT OF TOUR PRICE: The Total

Tour price must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure. *EARLYBIRD OFFERS: Fly Free including taxes is available when booking a cabin on the Riviera Deck. OR receive a discount of $750 per person when booking a suite on

the Vista Deck. Bookings securing a cabin on the Horizon Deck receive a $500 per person discount off cruise price. Offers are not combinable and are subject to availability at the time of booking. For Fly Deals, taxes are up to $950 per

person are included. Must book and deposit no later than 31 October 2015. Fly deals are subject to the availability of specific fare class on an airline of Evergreen Tours choice. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is due within

7 days of booking. A second deposit of $2,000 per person is due 11 months prior to departure when flights are in date range and no later than 31 October 2015. The deposit will cover air & taxes and Evergreen Tours reserve the right

to issue tickets once deposit received. Any changes made after ticketing will incur fees. CANCELLATION FEE: Any cancellation of the Tour by You prior to Your Tour Departure Date (including any changes to Your Tour Departure Date) will

result in the following cancellation fees: 91 days and over notice is loss of deposit, 90 to 62 days notice is 50% of Tour Price, 61 days or less notice is 100% of Tour Price. You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other

third parties. Any additional overnight accommodation required as a result of changes to Your flights are payable. ITINERARY: Itinerary is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. DECKPLAN The deck plan, cabin
