The Parable of The Workers in the Vineyard describes the inexhaustible grace of God, the basis of Win in our WATCH model.

The Parables of The Two Builders, The Un-forgiving Debtor, The Barren Fig Tree, & The Friend at Midnight, all speak to us of Kingdom living & who we are to be as peo-ple chosen by God & empowered to live the Christian life by the Holy Spirit, the Anchor & Team aspects of the WATCH model.

Finally, the Parable of The Ten Virgins speaks to us about being READY (CHarge in our WATCH model) for the Lord’s return.

Short Term Mission Opportunity Pastor Toh Nee, whom we are partnering with through our Haiyan project, is requesting for help in their outreach ministry at 2 schools

1) Theorene Brilliant School: started 3 yrs ago by a Christian & very popular with parents in the community.

2) Eden Grace School: a private Christian school, caters to students from kindergarten to high school level.

Where: Iloilo, Philippines

What: Teach English, Mathematics & Chinese (to help raise the teaching standards, as well as take the opportunity to evangelise.)

Who: Anyone with a hear t for children & young people (preferably with some teaching experience)

How Long: 1 to 2 months attachment with the schools

Considerate Car Parking Let’s be a good testimony to our neighbours. Park your vehicle considerately. Stay clear of all home entrances. No parking at double yellow or continuous white lines, fire hydrants & junctions.

Let’s Be Gracious and leave the accessible lots for those who truly need them. In addition to the 1 handicapped lot, 3 lots have been set aside for those who are transporting the wheelchair-bound, very elderly, heavily pregnant women, or injured.
