Produced by Belgo Bekaert employing the most advanced technology, the E 6013 is a rutile welding rod of superb operating characteristics and affordable cost. Its web is made of high-quality, low-carbon Belgo Bekaert wire, with very low content of phosphorus and sulfur which assures superior mechanical properties to the welding bead.Its coating, consisted of rutile, iron-manganese alloy, iron-silicon alloy, and potassium silicate,allows its use in alternating current and low amperage, providing optimum arc stability and rapidly releasing the slag from the bead.Metal transfer is easy, smooth, and uniform, producing beads of excellent quality and finefinishing. Ideal for general applications in all types of joints and positions, such as in metalstructures, and general construction; naval industry welding; thin plate welding; field welding;general equipment maintenance; and metal shop work.
