Acceptable Short Sale Candidates
• A continuing hardship
• Willing to work with us...no friction
• At least 3 payments behind
• Notice of default is filed, foreclosure begun
• No equity
• Property needs repairs
• One or more multiple liens/mortgages
• Listed for sheriff's sale
• More than 10 days before going to auction

• Not in compliance in showing or sign listing agreement
