Saudi Arabia (E-VISA)

All visitors will be required to hold a valid tourist visa to enter the Kingdom, have a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before departure and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Travelers will also need to have COVID-19 insurance while in the Kingdom. The cost of this insurance is included in the fee for the tourist visa. PCR test will be handled on board the ship.

• Have a valid tourism visa obtained before arrival. Visa upon arrival is currently suspended for health and safetyreasons.

• Provide a negative PCR test conducted no more than 72 hours before departure. (Tests will be conducted on boardViking Star.)

• Download and register the Tawakkalna application (Saudi Arabia health application) before arriving at the point ofdeparture. To use Tawakkalna in Saudi Arabia you will need phone and data services on your cell phone.

• You should register your vaccine status at https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccineregistration/home before arrival and afterobtaining your tourism visa. (This can be done on board Viking Star.)

SAUDI ARABIA E-VISA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT (Please initial every acknowledgement and sign the statement; one (1) statement per guest.)

Saudi Arabia: Public Decorum Charter Laws and etiquette All visitors of public place shall respect common values, customs and traditions of Saudi Arabia.

Dress All visitors to public places shall dress modestly and must not dress in outfits with photos, figures, signs or phrases violating common decency.

Public behavior Graffiti, paintings, or the like shall be prohibited on the walls or any other component of public places and transportation facilities unless authorized by relative authorities.

Religion Indecent verbal or physical acts that might cause fear, harm, or endanger visitors of public places shall be prohibited.

Alcohol and substances Without prejudice to any greater legal penalty, any person who breaches any of the provisions of this Charter shall be liable to a fine not exceeding (Five) thousand SR., according to the Penalty Matrix stated in Article Nine of this Charter. In the event of repeated violation within a (year) of the first, the fine shall be doubled. Any violator issued with a fine based on pervious paragraph of this Article, may appeal before relative administrative court.
