STEP 1 MARK YOUR CALENDAR

• Friday, February 28th: Harkins begins accepting school pre-sale Summer Movie Fun orders.

STEP 2 UTILIZE STUDENT ORDER FORM

• Please find the Student Order Form on page 2 of this packet. Fill out the section at the top of the form

and make copies to distribute to your students.

• This form is for your use only and should not be submitted to Harkins .••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

STEP 3 SUBMIT COMPLETED SCHOOL ORDER FORM

• Complete the School Order Form by combining the information collected from the individual student

orders using the Student Order Summary Form found on page 3 of this packet.

• Submit the completed School Order Form to the Harkins Theatres Support Office (via email, fax or mail)

with total payment less your school's instant rebate. Accepted forms of payment include credit card,

check or purchase order (must be on Harkins approved Purchase Order list).

• A confirmation email will be sent once your School Order Form is received. An additional email will be

sent within 5-7 business days confirming your ticket reservations.

• All ticket orders will be shipped directly to schools via FedEx with FREE Ground Shipping. Orders will be

fulfilled and shipped by Monday, April 13th.

STEP4 DISTRIBUTE TICKETS

• After receiving your tickets, please verify the tickets received against your receipt. Sort and distribute the

tickets to students.

2020 Summer Movie Fun begins Monday, June 1st and ends Friday, August 7th.

Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. All adults must be accompanied by children.

All movies begin at 9:45am on every weekday at each participating location. Movies are subject to change without notice.

2020 SCHOOL ORDER FORM The 2020 Harkins Summer Movie Fun School Fundraiser is available exclusively to accredited schools. Schools participating in

this fundraiser are required to pre-pay for all ticket orders. An instant rebate will be applied to qualifying orders as calculated on

this School Order Form. The completed order form must be returned to the Harkins Theatre Support Office no later than Monday,

April 6th. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped by Monday, April 13th. All orders will be shipped directly to schools via FedEx with

FREE Ground Shipping.
