Luther High e-Pals is a teacher-screened program where 4th graders from our WELS elementary schools have the opportunity to practice their writing and tech-nology skills while building relationships through e-mail correspondence with mentors at Luther High. The e-Pals correspond regularly via e-mail for 10 weeks and then the 4th graders visit Luther High School to meet their e-Pal in person, tour the school, and build memories. LHS e-pal mentors are from the sopho-more English Class and volunteer to participate in the program. Luther High School is proud to present this year’s e-Pal participants from your congregation!

The Big Knight is an annual fundraiser supporting Luther High School. This event is a dinner auction with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the students of Luther High. All who attend get to experience a PACKED silent auction followed by an elegant dinner and an INCREDIBLE live auction.

Join us on Friday, April 24, 2020, for the annual Big Knight dinner auction at The Radisson downtown LaCrosse, WI. This event not only raises funds for tuition assistance, but is a night of exceptional auction items, great food, and fellowship with others who love Luther High School.

Doors will open at 6:00 pm with registration and the silent auction. Join us in supporting the students of Luther High School. We hope to see you there!

Luther High School’s spring musical this year is “Hello Dolly”. Dolly is coming back to the Luther High School stage after her first appearance in “Matchmaker,” Director Connie Bader’s first production!As the storyline goes, at the turn of the 19th century, Dolly Gallagher is a social-ite-turned-meddler. She enjoys using her matchmaking skills to orchestrate the love lives of her friends. While trying to find a match for Horace Vandegelder, a lonely but wealthy business man, she realizes he is the perfect match for her. “Hello Dolly” is a hallmark show which was brought to the movie screen featuring Barbra Streisand as Dolly. The show features endearing characters, farcical humor, high-spirited dancing and classic songs such as “Put On Your Sunday Clothes”, “It Only Takes a Moment” and the finale, “Hello Dolly.” Mark your calendars for March 13-15!Tickets can be purchased through Luther’s website www.lutherhigh.org and at Luther’s Box Office on Thursdays from 3:00-5:00PM.Adult tickets-$8.00Student tickets-$5.00

We are very excited to share with you the wonderful blessings that God has given us since we began providing information about the Finish the Work Pyramid Campaign at YOUR Luther High School.

The response has been amazing! We have been blessed through the Lord to receive over $134,000 in pledges and gifts to the campaign since December. We praise the Lord for each and every gift that has been generously donated.

The pyramid above shows the gift levels and the percentages that have been filled to-date. It is a blessing to accomplish so much work in such a short period of time, but we still have more to do.
