2020 KAC POINT SYSTEM RULES The following are the point system rules for the KEYSTONE APPALOOSA CLUB. Anyone desiring to qualify for KAC Year End Awards must be a member in good standing and have your membership and point application forms submitted by August 1, 2020. Any changes to existing 2020 forms must be made by submitting a new form by or prior to August 1, 2020, no exceptions. Sign up early. There will be overall high point and reserve awards offered in the following divisions: WESTERN HALTER, ENGLISH HALTER, WESTERN HORSE, ENGLISH HORSE, GAMES HORSE, RANCH HORSE, ALL-AROUND PERFORMANCE HORSE, NOVICE YOUTH, 13 & UNDER YOUTH, 14-18 YOUTH, NOVICE NON PRO, NON PRO, 35 & OVER NON PRO, MASTERS, NON PRO WALK TROT, WALK TROT and LEADLINE. Additionally, Keystone Appaloosa Club will award a “Rookie of the Year” to a youth member who accumulates the most points in any youth class during the show season. To qualify for this award, the youth must be in their first year of showing ApHC breed shows. To qualify for an overall award, EXCEPT HALTER AND LEADLINE, an entry must accumulate points in at least two classes in their division. In case of a tie, the entry with the most first places will prevail. To qualify for high point or reserve ALL-AROUND Performance Horse you must have points in one class in any three of the following divisions: English, Western, Games or Ranch. The following classes will be pointed for overall high point Youth and Non Pro:

2020 KAC POINT SYSTEM RULES The following are the point system rules for the KEYSTONE APPALOOSA CLUB. Anyone desiring to

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE CLASSESS WHICH WILL QUALIFY FOR THE HIGH POINT AWARDS:

ALL-AROUND PERFORMANCE HORSE: All classes listed in Western Horse, English Horse, Games Horse

and Ranch Horse. Excluding the 3 year old snaffle bit classes.

Points will be awarded based on the number of entries shown in the class. The first place entry will

receive at least one more point than the next highest placing entry per the following chart:
