2021 Association Dues for renewing primary GGAR members will be: $575.00 - Includes: $140.00 S.C. Association of Realtors®, $185.00 National Associationof Realtors®, $250.00 GGAR Local Association OR $600.00 (dues plus $25.00 VoluntaryRPAC contribution) MLS Quarterly Fees are due Sunday, January 10, 2021.
OPERATION REALTORS® RALLY
THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN...K-9 Officer "Queue".Greenville County Sheriff's Department's Officer Sgt. Rainey
brought K-9 Officer, Queue, for a Lunch & Learn at the GGARoffice last month. Queue and Sgt. Rainey did a demonstration ofher skills in finding electronics that are hidden in many creative
locations by criminals. Queue is the only Electronic Detection K-9 in the state.
YPN is teaming with Defenders for Children to rally to raisemoney for law enforcement to obtain another Electronic Detection
K-9 like Queue. There is still time to become a TaskforceMember and Raise Funds or Donate.

CHANGE IN CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING REQUIREMENTSThe NAR Leadership Team has made changes to the Code of Ethics
Training both in content and the 2 year time requirement. The currentCycle 6 deadline has been extended from
Dec. 31, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2021.The next cycle (Cycle 7) will begin Jan. 1, 2022 and end Dec. 31, 2024.

A Walk Through the Law is the new 2020-2022 SC CORE class.This class will be offered online in early 2021 and onsite at GGARin early spring. This is the required CORE class for the 2020-2022renewal period.

MLS Rule changes effective Friday, January 1, 2021
Section 1.1.2 – Agent of Record - Listing Agent:A listing delivered to the MLS must indicate the listing agent #1 name that appears on the
listing agreement.
Section 2.5.1 – Agent of Record – Selling Agent: A sold listing when reported to the MLS must indicate the selling agent #1 name
that appears on the contract of sale.
