Summary of the one-day workshop: This workshop follows on from the recently successful series of Inclusive leadership workshops hosted by the Yorkshire and the Humber Leadership Academy over the last twelve months. This is a practical one-day career development workshop that will help you reflect, and strategically plan your next steps towards your career success.

Who is this workshop aimed at?Open to any NHS staff member who works within the Yorkshire and the Humber region.

Aims: Review your progress and key learning over the last year. Set SMART powerful career and leadership goals for 2019 and beyond. Enhance your leadership awareness, mindset and impact. Identify your key areas for development – and any additional tools

needed. Learn new strategies for dealing with setbacks. Build meaningful connections, networks. Learn about the latest development opportunities within Yorkshire and

the Humber Leadership Academy. Leave with a personal strategic plan of action ready for 2019. 

About the course facilitator:Rasheed Ogunlaru is a leading life coach, speaker and business / corporate coach. His clients include entertainers, entrepreneurs, Chief Executives and organisations. He is author of Soul Trader – Putting the Heart Back into Your Business and The Gift of Inner Success. He has appeared on ITV and BBC News and is business coach partner to the British Library. His background includes being former Co-Director of Samaritans (Central London), a Communication Manager and singer-songwriter.
