POUR CANCELLATION CHARGEA minimum of $600.00 will apply to all pour cancellations. The
VARIABLE FUEL SURCHARGENew for 2019, all concrete will be charged a Variable FuelSurcharge, based on the average quarterly rack rate, which willbe posted on the Dufferin Concrete Website.The base fuel surcharge is $2.00/m3, established at an averagediesel fuel rack rate of $0.87/L (Q3 2018). The fuel surcharge will be adjusted the 1st day of every quarter,based on the previous quarter’s average rack rate. The surchargewill be adjusted as outlined in the table below.

DELIVERY NOTESIt is the contractor’s responsibility to provide safe access to enter and exit the site, as well as provide a staging area and trained flagman for all trucks.
