EVENTS

The Ogden event planner is available Tuesday-Friday from 11am-5pm to

discuss menu options and beverage packages for your party.

ORDERING FOOD AND BEVERAGE To ensure the best quality of service

and presentation for your guests, we ask that you contact our event planner at

least two weeks prior to your event. All food and beverage packages will require a

signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. Deposit will be charged at a rate of

$300 or $10 per guest, whichever is higher.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellation within three weeks of the event will result in

forfeit of deposit, cancellations the day of the event will result in a charge equal to

the contract minimum value.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES All prices are subject to 18% service charge and

applicable sales tax.

BUY OUTS Parties that exceed 150 guests or agree to a certain tab minimum

may have the option to have the entire bar private. Buy out minimum starts at 10k

for a fully private event. We do not offer buy outs for home Blackhawks or Bulls

games.

MINIMUMS Semi private area food and beverage minimums are as follows:

Blackhawks home game nights and concerts: $1000 back room, $2000 front room

Bulls home game nights: $500 back room, $1000 front room

Non-event nights: TBD or no minimum

EVENT SPACE

We’re committed to working together to find a space an package that will

suite you and your group. We provide professional quality chafing dishes,

table linen and serving utensils for all food packages. The Ogden has a

state of the art audio visual system with the ability to use a wired or

wireless microphone. 75’’ TV’s line the bar and can be used for a

presentation or slideshow. Our food and beverage packages are all full

service with servers and bartenders on staff to accommodate your guests.

BACK ROOM The Back Room or “VIP Room” is great for parties of 15-30 who

are looking for a more intimate gathering area. The back room can accommodate

up to 30 guests on busy game days however it comfortably seats 22 guests. If

you’re entertaining a group of clients before a Blackhawks/Bulls game or having a

small birthday party this is the spot for you. We can set up a custom food and

drink package for your group and provide you with a dedicated server to make

sure you have everything you need.

FRONT ROOM The Front Room is perfect for parties that can’t quite fit in the

VIP. The front room can accommodate parties of 30-75 in a more social

environment. With plenty of space for large groups, up to 75 on game day, the

front room comfortably seats 50 guests in a formal setting. The front room has a

fireplace and large bay windows that open up to Ogden Ave. Parties in the front

will have a dedicated server on hand to make sure your group is taken care of.

MAIN DINING Our main dining area can accommodate up to 100 guests

seated including the main bar. When combined with the “Front” and “Back” rooms

The Ogden can accommodate parties of 200+ guests.

The Ogden Drink Packages

Specific brands of beer and liquor are subject to availability, please inquire if you have specific liquor or beer brand requirements. Drinks are served as single liquor mixed drinks only. NO shots, NO rocks, NO doubles, NO talls, NO martinis, NO long islands etc… Guests will be served one drink per person at a time and we reserve the right to enforce a reasonable drink maximum. For a detailed list of Call and Premium brand liquor please contact the event coordinator. NON-ALCOHOLIC PACKAGE Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Lemonade, Coffee, Iced Tea

Drink packages are offered to parties of 15 or more for a minimum of 2 hours and

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Host A Fully Private Event at The Ogden

Are you looking for a more formal gathering or a fully private event? The Ogden

accommodates fully private events for groups up to 200+. Linen service as well as

expanded custom food and drink options are available. We’re the perfect venue

and have experience hosting wedding receptions, graduation parties, retirement,

birthdays, corporate sponsored events etc...

• Coat Check $100 per attendant, one attendant required per 50 guests. Self-check coat

check racks are available on request for no charge.

• DJ $400 for a three hour minimum and $50 per hour after. The Ogden does not

allow outside DJ’s or for parties to play their own music. If you would like to hire

a DJ for your event we can do so for you. A two week lead time is required to

book a DJ for your event. DJ’s will have to abide by our house rules which

include no vulgar music.

• Valet Parking We offer valet parking for Blackhawks and Bulls home games as well as most

concerts at the United Center for $20. On non-event nights we can set up valet

for your party with a 10 car minimum. Parties expecting 30+ cars may request

multiple valet attendants. The Ogden does not operate valet, we employ a fully

licensed and insured valet company and they accept cash only. A two week

lead time is required to book valet for your event.

• Security $50 per hour per security professional

• Decorations 12’’ helium filled balloons $2 each, choose from: Red, Blue, Pink, Black, Silver

Gold or Orange.

CATERING/PAN PRICING

The Ogden Catering/Pan Pricing Catering/Pan pricing is offered for delivery or pick up only.

Starters $35/half pan, $55/full pan

Sandwiches $45/half pan, $65/full pan

Mains $50/half pan, $70/full pan

Sandwiches = 12 pieces per half pan and 24 pieces per full pan

Sides and Desserts $35/tray

Salads $25/bowl

Catering Kit $4 per person

Catering kit includes disposable racks, pans, sternos, plates,

silverware, napkins and serving utensils.

• Pan Pricing: Pricing is per half pan or per full pan and is not replenished

• Catering Deposit: Deposit will be charged at a rate of 20% or $200 whichever is

greater, for all catering orders. Deposit will be applied to the final bill.

• Delivery Fee: The Ogden charges a 10% delivery fee for all catering orders

within a 3 mile radius of The Ogden. If you are picking up your order there will be

no delivery fee.

• Tax and Gratuity: Applicable taxes will be added to all catering orders. Gratuity

is not included and is optional for all catering orders.

• Cancellations: Cancellation within three weeks of your order will result in forfeit

of deposit, cancellations the day of the order will result in a charge equal to the

contract minimum value.

• How Close Are You To The United Center? We’re the closest bar/restaurant to the UC. It’s 0.04 miles or just about two

blocks. You can see the UC out our front windows, yeah we’re really close!

• Can I Bring A Cake or decorations? No problem, we’ll even cut it up for you and serve it at no charge. Balloons and

table decorations are always ok. Please notify the event planner for larger

items like photo booths and signage for approval approved.

• Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? Our culinary team is on-site to make sure you and your parties specific

dietary needs are met. We have

plenty of options for your guests

including vegetarian, vegan and

gluten free menu items.

• What if I need to cancel? Cancellation within three weeks

of the event will result in forfeit of

deposit, cancellations the day of

the event will result in a charge

• How much is your room fee? The Ogden does not charge a

Room fee however we do

enforce a tab minimum for parties

that exceed 12 guests on event days or for complete buyouts.
