Bilaspur university is a state university which has been established on 03.02.2012 by the gazette notification of Chhattisgarh Act No. 07,2012 and came into its existance in June 2012. There are 170 colleges affiliated in the five districts and more than 1 lac students are studying in these colleges. Computer science is one of the department of university teaching department running undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. programs in computer science.
The Modern Technology and Management Institute, Inc. (MTMI) is non-profit organization under section 501(c) (3) of USA. The mission of organization is to bring the academicians and practitioners in the field of management, technology and related areas together, facilitate exchange of knowledge and also to provide a platform for promotion of academic activities and engaged in organizing international conferences globally as well publishing international journals in the field of finance, management and technology.
Bilaspur is the second largest city of Indian state of Chhattisgarh, situated 120 km from the state capital, Raipur. The Chhattisgarh State High Court is located in Bilaspur and has privileged it with the title 'Nyayadhani' of the state and is the largest High Court of Asia. This city is the commercial center and business hub of North East Chhattisgarh region. It is also an important city for the Indian Railway, as it is the headquarters for South East Central Railway Zone and the Bilaspur Railway Division. Bilaspur is 3rd cleanest and 4th longest railway station in India. Approximately 20% of the total earnings of Indian railways come from South East Central Railway. Bilaspur is also the headquarters of South Eastern Coalfields Limited and is well known for its aromatic rice variety named Doobraj rice, handloom woven, colourful soft Kosa silk saris. It is also well known for its rich, varied and colorful culture. The nearest airport is Raipur which is 120
