DAILY SCHEDULE
9am to 10:30am FULL BAND REHEARSALPractice material as a group - includes playing as a section, soloing, tightening music for the final concert
10:30am - Noon THEORYGroup Sessions - Groups based on skill level, with focus on improving foundations of music theory
Noon - 12:30pmLUNCH
12:30pm - 1:30pm SECTIONALSBreak into individual groups with instruction in saxophone, trumpets, trombone, guitar, piano, bass, and drums
1:30pm - 2:30pmJAZZ HISTORYIntroduction to different periods of jazz, major musicians during each time period, and LISTEN to music from each period
2:30pm - 4pm FULL BAND REHEARSALPractice material as a group - includes playing as a section, soloing, tightening music for the final concert.
