Professional Experience __________________________________________________________________ Senior Project Manager: Pearson, 2014/2016 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Create actionable customer requirement documentation and reporting guidelines that provided clear direction, goals, and trackable evidence for the successful launch and ongoing testing requirements for the PARCC program. Manage special projects for the Vice President including reporting, presentation development, and customer liaising. Operated risk management for cutting edge program, testing 3­12 grade manage and language arts across 11 state consortium. This position reports to Vice President of National Services and the PARCC Program Director. Key Achievements: Reduced risks 60% and increased customer satisfaction by identifying cost saving process and actions in customer service delivery. Coordinated overall timetable project scope identifying key actions for year one delivery for presentation allowing Senior Management visual viewpoint of the different components of the project and how divisions contributed to the successful implementation. Developed monthly financial report to identify risk cost, rework, and project overrun cost.
