The Common Ground Story This precious park, conceived in the wake of
September 11, 2001, is lovingly offered and
maintained by the community.
May it stand as a breathing testament to the infinite
possibilities present when good people cherish their entire
village as home and their neighbor as family.
Like the splendid gardens it houses,
may it flourish and grow.

The Peace Labyrinth is modeled
in the mini Chartres design with a crushed
red stone pathways lined by paving stones.
The labyrinth is an ancient pattern found
in many cultures around the world. The path winds
throughout and becomes a mirror to where we are in our
lives. It touches our sorrows and releases our joys. Walk it
with an open mind and an open heart.
