TASTING NOTES This Organic Cabernet Sauvignon boasts nice aromatics of dark rich black fruits like blackberry and black currant, along with a hint of tobacco on the nose. Along with bright and youthful flavors on the palate of focused ripe blueberries, you get the complexity of cassis, mocha, and a touch of molasses. This leads to a nice dark fruit finish that is balanced with medium tannins and a slight touch of acidity.
