SYARAT-SYARAT APLIKASI INTERNSHIP BAGI PELAJAR BELUM LULUS APPLICATION PRE-REQUISITES OF INTERNSHIP FOR NON-GRADUATED STUDENT

Internship berlaku bagi pelajar belum lulus untuk melakukan On the Job Training (OJT) dengan

mengirimkan soft-copy dokumen-dokumen (format .pdf)

1. Surat Pengantar / Permohonan yang dikeluarkan oleh institusi pendidikan

2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) terbaru

3. Salinan (copy) transkrip akademik terakhir

Bagi mahasiswa/i IPK minimum 3.00 (skala 4) atau setara

Bagi siswa SMK / Sekolah Kejuruan Nilai rapor rata-rata minimum 7.00

(skala 10) dari semester 1

4. Proposal Permohonan & Tujuan INTERNSHIP bagi mahasiswa/i dalam bahasa

Inggris

5. Salinan (copy) bukti kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan atau asuransi kesehatan lainnya

(wajib untuk seluruh peserta internship)

6. Salinan (copy) bukti kepesertaan asuransi kecelakaan (khusus untuk siswa SMK)

dan dikirim ke: ep-id-hra.internship@total.com 4 bulan sebelum tanggal permohonan

Internship.

Aplikasi yang tidak lengkap dan dikirimkan dalam bentuk hard-copy tidak diterima

Penerimaan permohonan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional dan ketersediaan

mentor / tempat serta mengacu pada rekam akademis.

Untuk pemohon dari jenjang Sekolah Menengah dan Diploma (D3), Perusahaan hanya

mengakomodir permohonan dari institusi pendidikan lokal, yaitu wilayah Balikpapan untuk

kantor Balikpapan (EKD) dan wilayah Jakarta untuk kantor Jakarta (JHO). Sedangkan

untuk jenjang Sarjana (S1) ke atas, Perusahaan mengakomodir permohonan dari seluruh

wilayah Indonesia maupun Internasional dengan catatan pemohon berstatus Warga

Negara Indonesia (WNI)

Jika diterima, durasi Internship adalah minimum 2 bulan dan maksimum 3 bulan, kecuali

untuk peserta OJT dari jenjang Sekolah Menengah maksimum 4 bulan

Permohonan perpanjangan durasi akan diputuskan oleh HR dengan pertimbangan

justifikasi dari mentor dan kesediaan pemagang. Maksimum periode perpanjangan adalah

1 bulan.

Internship is intended for non-graduated student to perform On the Job Training (OJT) by sending

the following documents in the soft-copy format .pdf :

1. Letter of Statement / Application issued by the educational institution

2. Latest Curriculum Vitae (CV)

3. Copy of latest academic transcript

For university student cumulative GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4.00) or

equivalent

For Senior High School (SMK) / Vocational School student average score of

minimum 7.00 (scale 10) from Semester 1

4. Proposal written in English (for undergraduate students and above)

5. Copy of membership of BPJS Kesehatan or other health insurance (mandatory for all

internship participants)

6. Copy of membership card of accident insurance (for SMK)

and sent to: ep-id-hra.internship@total.com 4 months before the proposed period of

Internship.

Incomplete application and/or sent by hard copies will be disregarded.

Request acceptance is subject to operational needs and availability of mentors and/or

facilities as well as refers to the academic records

For applicant from high school and diploma (D3) level, company only accommodates

applications of local institution, i.e. Balikpapan-based institution for EKD Office and Jakarta-

based institution for JHO office. For bachelor degree and above, company accommodates all

applications either from Indonesia or International institution with remark that the citizenship of

applicant is Indonesia.

If accepted, duration of Internship will be minimum 2 months and maximum 3 months, except

for internee from high school will be maximum 4 months

Any extension request is subject to HR approval taking into account mentors justification and

the availability of the internship participant. The maximum duration of extension is 1 month.
