Online Training

Accessing iGOUsing a PC, tablet or smartphone, go to http://igo.gabaptist.org to login.Using the username and password provided on your ACR form at the top left, enter your unique codes specifically created for your church.Please note that your username and password are CASE-SENSITIVE.

Username and Password are provided at the top left on your paper 2015 ACR form

Enter Your NameThis is requested so we know who entered the data for your church.

Select ACP Statistical ProfileThree surveys will appear in a box on the right side of the screen. For your Annual Church Report (Georgia’s name for it), click on ACP Statistical Profile.

Church Information UpdatePlease look at the information at the top of the page for accuracy. If information needs to be changed then click the Update Organization button.

Church Information UpdatePlease make changes to any of the fields that are not in gray, as needed.

Church Information UpdateThe physical address should be the actual 911 address location of the church – not a PO Box # or pastor’s home address.

The preferred mailing address is the location where you want church mailings to be delivered.

Click the green SAVE button when finished making updates.

Click the plus sign to add an address.Click the trash can to remove an address.Note: There are

drop-down options for addresses including:

The “Back to Survey” button returns you to the ACR form.

Information & definitions

Annual Church ReportFor categories like Receipts and Mission Offerings, as you enter the numbers for the itemized data entry lines the TOTAL field is automatically calculated.

Annual Church ReportFor “check all that apply” you can click and check each applicable item.

Annual Church ReportWhere the option is to select only ONE choice then you get a “radio button.”

Annual Church ReportWhere a name, phone number or email address is requested you will have a box for alpha-numeric data entry.

Leadership ProfileClick SAVE when finished.

If you need to replace the name of a church leader with a new one, first

REMOVE the name in the list.

Indicate the date that they left the position or indicate that the entry

was in error.

Finally, click the REMOVE button.

If you need to add an additional name to a leadership role then click +ADD.

Type in a name and click SEARCH


Search through the list and click + Add or Create a New Contact


Update or complete a new contact form (all 3 tabs) and click SAVE


You can Walk Through Positions one at a time or View All (toggles)

When finished updating all the leadership information then click “Save & Submit” to complete.

Click the arrow beside -- Other Surveys --Then click on “2015 – Supplemental Survey”

Entering Information

Fill in the text boxes with information as requested by your association

If you received a paper Other Church Information form then your Association has requested that you complete it on paper or online (iGO).

Saving InformationWhen finished entering information, click the “Save” button.

Other Church InformationAfter clicking the SAVE button, you will be given two choices:

At the top of the page, click on the “Survey” tab, then choose “Survey

Reports” from the dropdown.

Click on the report you desire.


The following reports will have the print options to the left:

The default export option is PDF, but you can choose from:

* HTML* PDF* EXCEL* CSV




Click the “Print/Download” button for the report.



* Church Trend Profile (GA)* Church Trend Profile 10yr (GA)

Type the last year desired for your 5-yr or 10-yr church trend profile, select the export format, then click Print/Download.
