History counts
The BAADER Group was founded in Lübeck, Germany in 1919 by Mr. Rudolph M. J. Baader. Still a family-owned business, the company is lead by Honorary Consul Mrs. Petra Baader since 1995, and granddaughter of the founder.
LINCO Food Systems was founded in Aarhus, Denmark in 1944 by Mr. Knud Lindholst and his family.
In 2007, LINCO Food Systems and the BAADER Group joined forces in a friendly merger with the overriding aim of providing total food processing solutions within the fish and poultry industries.
Today BAADER LINCO, is the centre of poultry processing knowhow within the Group while BAADER is widely recognized as the world leader in developing fish processing equipment. It is Mrs. Baader’s goal to grow BAADER LINCO to a similar position within the global poultry processing industry.
The BAADER Group are dedicated to developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art food processing equipment for more efficient, safer and financially more viable poultry processing solutions for our customers throughout the world.

At BAADER LINCO we take the complexity out of poultry processing by thoroughly analyzing our customers processing needs through close co-operation with the customers. This allows us to gain the complete picture of the individual customer’s requirements. Insight into and a profound understanding of our customers’ needs are key to providing purpose-designed, efficient solutions that work.
In addition to providing efficient and long-term reliable equipment, our emphasis is on making it easy for our customers to obtain an overview of products and processes at the plant as early as possible in the daily production. A 360-degree overview is a must for achieving “best fit production”. We design solutions that offer our customers the flexibility to process each bird according to its individual characteristics.
We aim to make screening and sorting of the raw materials easy for our customers in order to allow efficient selection of the right product for the actual packaging job – every time.

Many years as a worldwide supplier of purpose-designed poultry processing equipment have endowed us with a comprehensive knowhow and a broad experience within this specialized field of business. As a result, we are able to offer state-of-the-art technology for the entire process – from live-bird reception to dispatch of the finished product.
We understand that each bird and each processing task is different from another. That is why we offer what we call ’Single Bird Processing’ solutions, an automated and balanced assessment of each bird’s characteristics in order to obtain the most profitable way to process the individual bird.
Single-supplier solutions greatly reduce the risk of integration problems while providing substantial benefits when it comes to system implementation, technical support, service, and spare parts management.
