Request: Text amendments under Neighborhood Element Goal N6 creating OBJ N6.2 and supporting policies N6.2.1 – N6.2.4 to adopt the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement Plan by reference; to allow the designation of Urban Infill and Redevelopment Areas; and to designate the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District as an Urban Infill and Redevelopment Area on the Future Land Use Map.

Request: Adopt new Objective N6.2 and supporting policies N6.2.1 – N6.2.4 within the CP’s Neighborhood Element; and
Amend the Future Land Use Map to show the boundaries of the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District as the Pine Hills Urban Infill and Redevelopment Area.

Request: Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan, determine that the amendment is in compliance, and adopt the Ordinance, consistent with today’s actions, allowing the designation of urban infill and redevelopment areas, designating the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District as an urban infill and redevelopment area, and adopting the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement Plan.
