The 75th HUECU Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 26th.

The meeting will include the distribution of the 2013 Annual Report and

presentations by HUECU’s President & CEO, Board Chairman, and Board

Treasurer.

Voting for the annual Board of Directors election will be held from noon until

6pm and the results will be announced during the meeting. Any member over

18 years old who joined prior to December 25, 2013 is eligible to vote.

Unlike for-profit companies, HUECU’s Directors are all unpaid volunteers who

give their time to represent the best interests of the entire HUECU community.

Our Credit Union is governed by a 15-person board and every Director is

also an HUECU member. Their role includes giving strategic direction and

formulating responsible policies and procedures. They also have fiduciary

responsibility to ensure the Credit Union is financially sound.

This year, there are seven candidates running for five open positions, including

four incumbent Directors running for re-election and three new candidates.

Candidate bios and complete voting rules are available at huecu.org.

The Annual Meeting is open to all HUECU members.
