Joncare was established in 1978 by John Prout, an engineer. John created some of the original and innovative Joncare products, on which many of the current range are still based today.

The Joncare range of paediatric products aims to meet the diverse and special needs of children with physical disabilities. Joncare offers both ‘own brand’ and selected high quality complimentary products through our brochure and online at www.joncare.co.uk

We work with therapists, healthcare professionals and carers, who know the needs of the child best, to offer the most innovative and workable solutions.

We offer product demonstrations and suitability assessments throughout the UK through our trained and experienced Joncare Product Advisors. See page 2 for your nearest consultant. In-house a dedicated team provides the best possible customer service and technical support.

We take a pride in the quality of our products. Joncare is accredited to ISO 9000:2001 and we are members of the BHTA and comply with their Code of Practice. BHTA is the British Healthcare Trade Association. We are also an accredited supplier to Oxfordshires Buy with Confi dence Scheme.

About Joncare


From the fi rst phone call, either answering your questions about the Joncare range or booking a demonstration and assessment, we work to fi t in with you.

We can see you at home, school or other venue to suit you, your child and your therapist.

One of our experienced Product Advisors will discuss your requirements over the phone before the appointment to ensure we bring the best range of products when we meet you.

He or she will settle the child with the equipment and allow the therapist to take the lead with the assessment, but will always be on hand to offer advice on product knowledge and fi tting.
