The MTA Long Island Rail Road is pleasedto offer service for 2013 All-Star Game andAll-Star Summer Events at Citi Field. The LIRR will provide extra trains to/fromthe Mets-Willets Point station Sunday, July14 through Tuesday, July 16, as detailed inthis brochure. Keep a copy with you tocheck train times.

Buy Before BoardingBaseball fans are encouraged to purchase round-trip tickets before boarding trains, as tickets bought onboard cost more. PurchaseLIRR tickets to “Mets-Willets Point” station atstaffed LIRR ticket offices and ticket machines.

Direct Service to Mets-Willets Point Station and Citi FieldThe Mets-Willets Point Station is located on theLIRR’s Port Washington Branch. Direct train serviceto the ballpark is available from Penn Station, Woodside, and all stations on the Port WashingtonBranch. The ride from Penn Station is just a quick 19 minutes. The ballpark is just 17 minutes from Great Neck and 27 minutes from Port Washington.

Ticket prices shown reflect cost if tickets are bought before boardingat LIRR Ticket Machines or staffed Ticket Windows. Tickets boughtonboard the train cost approximately $6 more.

Peak Fares are in effect on eastbound trains scheduled to depart from Penn Station between the hours of 4 PM and 8 PM on weekdays.

On weekends, fans boarding at Penn Station, Woodside, Flushing-Main Street, Murray Hill, Broadway, Auburndale, Bayside,Douglaston or Little Neck can save money by purchasing CityTicket,which is just $4 one way. CityTicket cannot be purchased onboardtrains, and is valid only on the day purchased.

Transferring at Woodside for Mets-WilletsPoint Station and Citi FieldFor those traveling from Long Island on other branches,fans can reach Citi Field by changing at Woodside, justa five-minute ride from the stadium. When ticketsare collected on your train, inform the crew memberthat you are going to/from Mets-Willets Point so thatthe ticket can be properly serviced and returned foruse on your connecting train. At Woodside Station,trains to Mets-Willets Point will depart from Platform B.

Travel Tips• Mets-Willets Point is the LIRR station for service to Citi Field.

• Purchase round-trip tickets before boardingtrains at LIRR ticket machines or at staffed LIRRticket windows; tickets cost more on-board.

• Listen for announcements regarding track andplatform changes.

• On your return trip, please allow adequate time to walk to the Mets-Willets Point Station. Tickets will be collected before boarding.
