Its primary purpose is to provide educational opportunities to high school seniors in the MFA trade territory. Since 1965, the Foundation’s foremost mission has been providing MFA Foundation scholarships, which have provided financial assistance to more than 10,000 students totaling more than $10 million. One scholarship is offered annually at each high school where a participating MFA Agri Services Center, MFA Oil Company propane plant, MFA Oil Company bulk plant or other MFA agency is located. Local committees select the scholarship winners, who are announced at gradu- ation ceremonies. The majority of the scholarships are $2,000 and may be used at any college or university. Overall, this year some 329 high school seniors received scholarships co-sponsored by the MFA Foundation and local MFA locations. These scholar- ships were worth nearly $660,000. 2012 MFA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS MFA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Danielle Alexandria Baker, Collins Kadi Elizabeth Baker, Gower Kaitlynn Elizabeth Baldwin, Fredericktown Dillon Byron Barber, Elsberry Alex Tyler Barbour, Lohman Cynthia Elizabeth Bardelli, Great Lakes Ashley LeeAnn Bauer, Warrenton Russell DeWayne Bauer, Centerville, IA Andrew Joseph Bauman, Saint Mary Andrew Christian Beeman, Windsor Colby Dean Beisly, Nevada Rhian Onalee Beldon, Shelbina Anthony Tyler Bichsel, Leonard Bethany Krysten Bishop, Wellsville Brittany Nicole Bisig, Rosendale Chelsea Lynn Blevins, Clarkton Amanda Jane Boggs, Franklin Robert Dillon Boles, Parkin, AR Jessica Christine Bostick, Bourbon Carley June Bowen, Hamilton Skye Dawn Brabant, Monett Madelyne Elyse Brand, Glasgow Amanda Kay Brown, Everton Darcy Leanne Brown, Skidmore Ariel Elizabeth Bruce, Bosworth Brenna Ann Bruckerhoff, Hermann Joshua Aaron Rex Buckner, Walnut Grove Mikayla Lynn Buckner, Fair Grove Darian Haley Burke, Fairfax Lacy Jane Burnette, Advance Keysha Rae Burns, Ozark Daniel Lee Butler, Stilwell, OK Nathan Carl Campbell, Bates City Monique Kellene Campos, Sheldon Lucas Cantrell, Green Ridge Hunter McCann Childers, Cooter Kortney Lynn Cockrell, Columbia Tara Elizabeth Collings, Newtown Lidia Marie Collins, West Plains Philip Kyle Collins, West Plains Today’s Farmer 15 www.todaysfarmer.com
