PAYMENTS - Payments may be made by check payable to South Carolina Athletics or charged to VISA, MasterCard, AmEx or Discover. Payments received must be from the season ticket holder of record.

The Athletics Ticket Office is no longer accepting payments made via fax.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

TICKET REQUESTS - All orders are subject to availability. The Athletics Ticket Office reserves the right to cancel, with cause, all or any part of tickets ordered and will refund accordingly.

SEATING PRIORITY - Postseason tickets are assigned based solely on Gamecock Club Priority Points.

TRANSFERS - Tickets cannot be transferred or assigned to another party and may be purchased only by the season ticket holder of record.

SPECIAL NEEDS - Handicap/wheelchair seating accommodations are available upon request.

ADMISSION - Any person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the facility.

TICKET MAILINGapproximately two weeks prior to the bowl game.

EVENT STARTING TIMES - All starting times are subject to change due to NCAA, SEC, or television commitments. Notice of any time change will be provided to the news media.

FACILITY REGULATIONS - Once it is determined where we will play in postseason, please check specific venues for facility regulations.

DUPLICATE TICKET POLICY - Please handle tickets with care. The Athletics Ticket Office will charge a full face value deposit on all replacements issued for lost, destroyed, stolen, or missing tickets. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletics Ticket Office, a full refund will be processed. This service is available to season ticket holders and single game mail order or phone buyers of record. This policy does not apply to over-the-counter purchases.

2012 Football Postseason informationSec Championship and bowl tickets

Enclosed please find the 2012 Gamecock Football Postseason Application. Please place a request for all games for which you would like to purchase tickets. The ability to request tickets does not guarantee that you will receive tickets. All tickets will be assigned based on Gamecock Club Priority Points.

Requests may be placed online at www.GamecocksOnline.com/tickets ($10 handling)or mailed to the South Carolina Athletics Ticket Office, 1304 Heyward Street, Columbia, SC 29208 ($15 handling). Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express is encouraged.

2012 SEC CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATIONCredit card charges will not be processed until it is announced that the University of South Carolina will participate in the SEC Championship game. Requests must be received by Monday, November 12 to be processed. Each SEC Championship ticket is $100. Seat locations will be determined by Gamecock Club Priority Points.

2012 BOWL TICKET INFORMATIONYou will only be charged and receive tickets for the bowl game in which the Gamecocks participate. Credit card charges will not be processed until the game is announced. The 2012 Gamecock Football Bowl Applicationwill be due on Monday, December 3, 2012.

The 2012 Gamecock Football Postseason Application lists multiple prices for nine bowls. Select the highest priced ticket you are comfortable purchasing. Certain price levels are considered premium areas and will only be available for Gamecock Club members at the Silver Spur level and above. Price levels for which this applies are denoted by asterisks. Seat locations will be determined based on Gamecock Club Priority Points. The number of tickets the University receives to each bowl game varies widely and greatly impacts how far into the priority order these tickets may be distributed. Purchasing postseason football tickets at www.GamecocksOnline.com/tickets is fast and

convenient. Follow the easy steps below to request seats today! Online handling charges will be $10.

Mail, phone, or in-person orders will incur a handling charge of $15.

ONLINE CUSTOMERS

1. Go to the official site of Gamecock Athletics, www. GamecocksOnline.com/tickets.

2. Click “Login”.

3. Log in using your Gamecock Club number and password.

4. From your account, scroll down to the bottom left, under the “2012 Football Postseason” and click on view all offers.

5. Select the SEC Championship or bowl game for which you would like to request tickets. Proceed or submit at each screen to place your order. You must repeat the process for each bowl for which you would like to request tickets.

Your credit card information will be collected but charges will not be processed until

games have been announced.

TICKET LIMITS AND SEAT ASSIGNMENTS

GAMECOCK CLUB MEMBERS

Ticket assignments for the SEC Championship and bowl game will be based on Gamecock Club Priority Points. The ability to request tickets does not guarantee that you will receive tickets. If demand is greater than the allotment of tickets received and your order cannot be filled, your credit card will not be processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please verify your shipping information. SEC Championship tickets and bowl tickets will be shipped separately. If it is announced that the University of South Carolina will participate in the SEC Championship game, tickets will be shipped November 21 via First-Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

All bowl tickets will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail by December 17 with delivery confirmation. Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address.
