Founded in 1983, Crystal World®s early efforts focused on architectural structures
such as the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower, whimsical animal figurines and delicate crystal flowers. Awards and accolades quickly followed. Subsequent license agreements with the Walt Disney® Company and Peanuts® further honed the skills of founder Rudy Nakai and his award-winning design team. Creating corporate awards, recognition & premium gifts and incentive products for the ad specialty industry was an obvious progression for this talented group of individuals.

SAMPLESWe ship samples on terms, or credit card. Returned samples, in original condition, will be credited minus freight charges. Please call for Return Authorization number.
RUSH CHARGESA 20% Rush Charge will apply if we must etch and ship in less than 5 working days from PO, deposit and art.
CREDIT REQUIREMENTSSubmit a credit reference with five trade references and onebank reference including account numbers and contact person, with appropriate telephone and fax numbers. ASI, PPAI or ARA numbers and owner or officer’s signature are also required.
TERMS50% deposit on etching and custom shape orders. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance over 30 days past due.
PRODUCTION TIMEProduction time begins when art and credit issues are finalized. Etching time is 1-2 weeks for items in stock. Please confirm your required date with your Crystal World representative. Please allow four to eight weeks production time for custom shapes.
CLAIMS & BREAKAGESGoods are shipped at the buyer’s risk and claims must be made within 10 working days. Please contact the carrier for damages in shipping. Title for the goods passes at the FOB point.
