BARRIER RAIL FORMSWestco Industries, Inc. manufactures various types of Barrier Rail Forms for bridges and highways. Our Barrier Forms are built to withstand 1500PSF, which allows extensive reuse. Standard Westco features include:

• Height adjustable panels to accommodate for changes in elevation

• Adjustable braces to set and align the panels as needed with each pour

• Taper tie system to maximum pour pressure

Additionally, Westco has the ability to fabricate each of the transition forms that are often required during the construction of bridges and highways.

Our Standard Form Panels can also be combined with custom blockouts to accommodate architectural features on contemporary columns. Westco manufactures all the panels, blockouts, and accessories needed to complete your project. All our panels and parts are fabricated with strength in mind for multiple pour sites or projects.

Westco Industries also supplies Standard Form Panels for square or rectangular columns. Our Standard Panels come in various height and width combinations to fit any column specification. Our Panels utilize formed ribs, and can withstand 1500PSF.

FLARED COLUMN FORMSWestco fabricates Flared Column Forms for many contemporary bridges and highways. These custom designs require precision formwork, and are made-to-order. We also assemble, inspect, and test all our products in-house before they ship, so you don’t have to worry in the field.

COLLAPSIBLE FORMSWestco specializes in both Pneumatic and Hydraulic

Collapsible Forms, which can be used on Tunnel, Shaft, and Culvert applications. Our Collapsible Tree

design allows for freedom of movement, easy stripping, and minimal labor inside the form. Along with visual inspections, testing is required on each

form prior to shipment. Westco also provides uniform labeling to help make assembly of the form a breeze.

PRECAST FORMSWestco Industries manufactures steel formwork for the Precast & Pre-stressed Concrete industry. These forms are built for high-volume concrete production. PAVING FORMSWestco Industries produces Paving Forms for curbs, sidewalks, platforms and more. Our Paving Forms include open, screed ready areas to smooth the surface of concrete as it settles, and our designs ensure a smooth transition from one pour to another.
