Executive Nurse Fellows 360:• View Assessment before assigning raters• Choose those who know you well enough• Choose a balance of people, i.e. supporters & critics• A minimum of 3 for Peers (within or outside of your organization) and 3 Direct

Reports (invite at least 5) • You can have a Boss and a Superior (e.g., a Board Member)—Boss, Superior, and

Other categories of feedback will be apparent• Show your rater selections to another for an objective opinion• Help screens with more detail will appear as you proceed through the steps
