EFT COMBINE TRAININGThe EFT Sports Performance Combine Training Program was developed with one main objective: to enhance each athlete’s performance in all aspects of the NFL Scouting Combine to elevate his draft status. The program consists of exercises and drills that replicate all tests and position-specific drills encountered during the NFL Scouting Combine, NFL Pro-Days, and individual team workouts. Upon completion of the program, each athlete will have mastered all the skills needed to have a dominant performance, and make a lasting impression with every NFL coach and scout during the four-day interview process.
PROGRAM METHODOLOGYTeam EFT has developed a comprehensive and preparatory-specific program that targets the strength, speed, agility, and quickness needed to excel in all Combine events. The technical execution for each exercise, drill, and test are instructed with meticulous detail. EFT offers the ideal atmosphere and training program for obtaining superior results and building a foundation for success in the NFL. Every year our athletes out-perform the competition by being stronger, faster, and truly confident in their training. The kind of confidence that only comes from knowing that you have fully prepared.

EFT Sports Performance offers an on-site Sports Physician and Physical Therapists from NorthShore University HealthSystem for the treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of any sports injury. Each athlete undergoes a thorough evaluation process that includes: • Comprehensive Sports Physical • Extended Nutrition/Hydration Counseling • Functional Movement Screening (Filmed) • BodPod Body Composition Measurement
The information gathered during the evaluation will help the trainers prepare an individualized training plan tailored toward addressing areas of weakness, tightness, muscle imbalances, and predisposition to injury.
PHYSICAL THERAPYNorthShore University HealthSystem also provides on-site physical therapists for rehabilitation of any injury or condition. The physical therapy is done to ensure the athlete is healthy enough to complete the training, or to act as a supplement if the athlete is physically unable to safely perform a testing event.
LASER THERAPYLCT-1000 Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy is a non-invasive treatment using a focused laser beam to inundate areas of pain, weakness, and limited range of motion with an energizing light to repair damaged cells, reduce inflammation, and promote healthy tissue repair. The improved recovery time as a result of the laser treatment will allow the athlete to maintain a high level of performance throughout the Combine Training Period.

"I was always a guy who's in the gym. I'm agym rat. But I came to work out with them, it was a lot different, a lot harder. So I thought I reached a peak lifting-wise, I didn't think there's anything new I could learn, but they taught me a lot of new stuff. It's going to help me out this year."
Larry English San Diego Chargers 1st Round Draft Pick, Class of 2009
“I initially chose EFT because I heard about the success that the team had with numerous other high level athletes. EFT creates an atmosphere that makes you excited to workout daily. Their programs are constantly ahead of the curve, making the workout exciting and challenging. EFT truly cares about their athletes and I still continue to see tremendous results!”
Devin Hester Chicago Bears 3x Pro Bowl, 4x All-Pro, NFL 2000s All-Decade Team
“Best workout in the world.Always has me ready for the season.”
Michael Floyd Arizona Cardinals 1st Round Draft Pick
"I thought that EFT was an excellent choice for meto train at during the summer. Not only a great place to workout, but also great trainers. Everything was hands-on training. The training hit all parts of my body that I needed to strengthen for my upcoming season. Also I liked the set up it had for post workout. The food Elias sent us to was at the top nutrition wise. Overall I had a great experience training at EFT."
Darius Fleming San Francisco 49ers Class of 2012
"EFT helped me put up numbers and resultsthat's I thought at first were not reachable. Elias and his staff are well trained in all aspects of training. I give them all the credit for me scoring in the top five of several NFL combine events"
Ian Williams San Francisco 49ers Class of 2011
"I had a terrible combine when I trained somewhere else. For my Pro-Day, I wanted to train at a different location and EFT was the best place I could've chosen. I dropped my 40 time, lost some baby fat, and improved my stock in the eyes of scouts throughout the league thanks to the hard work and dedication from the EFT staff. They made it possible for me to better myself and develops life-lasting friendships!"
Sergio Brown Indianapolis Colts Class of 2010
“Elias and his staff at EFT helped me to get in the bestshape of my life for the biggest job interview of my career at my Pro Day. Being close to home in Chicago made me feel more comfortable. A lot of players say they need to get away from home or campus because of distractions, but for me if there were any temptations, I would head over to the gym at EFT."
Jason McCourty Tennessee Titans 6th Round Draft Pick Tennesse Titans, Class of 2009
“EFT felt like home, everyone treated me like I wasfamily and helped me to get to the next level in my career. Thanks for helping me run a 4.30 flat at my pro day!”

In 2009, Oregon DB JAIRUS BYRD began his Combine Training at a well-known training facility on the West Coast. He ended up running a 4.70 40-yard Dash at the Combine. Just 3 workouts after switching to EFT Sports Performance, Jairus ran a 4.60 at his Pro-Day, and was drafted in the 2nd Round by the Buffalo Bills. He has since played in two Pro Bowls.
LARRY ENGLISH, a linebacker out of Northern Illinois, began his combine training at famous training facility in the Southeast. He ran a disappointing 4.90 40-yard dash at the Combine. With 2 weeks training until his Pro-Day, he came to EFT and improved his time to a 4.70, and was drafted in the 1st round by the San Diego Chargers.
IAN WILLIAMS, a Florida native who played DT at Notre Dame, decided to head back home for his Combine training at a prominent facility. He ended up running a 5.25 40-yard dash at the 2011 NFL Combine. 3 weeks later, after training for his Pro-Day at EFT, Ian ran a 5.10 at a betterweight. He is currently on his secondcontract with the San Francisco 49ers.
