New books, new products and a new customer incentive its all
going on at Kleeneze at the moment! Whether its the customer
incentive or our brand new product lines that are helping your sales
storm, were not sure. However, what we do know is that this is our
most successful selling front cover product ever!
So with the sale success of the new Main Book and Health & Beauty
overtaking previous editions, were on track for an amazing summer.
To make it even more exciting, our top twenty selling products are all
new lines available in our brand new catalogues.
Heard this week on EzeReach!Personally presenting catalogues rather than the traditional method
of blanket dropping is a fantastic way to get down to a customer base
very, very quickly. Its a shortcut really from dropping catalogues month
after month after month, marking down whether theyre looking at
your catalogue or not and whether theyre actually buying. Personally
presenting catalogues, you can knock at the door, introduce yourself,
explain youre from Kleeneze and ask whether theyd like to see the
catalogue. They can either say yes or no.
The one thing with personally
presenting is that you do have to
have a thick skin. You do have to
accept the knocks, but the
advantages are absolutely amazing.
When we blanket drop, we expect
a return of a 1 a catalogue if were
lucky. With our experience, we went
to an area we hadnt been before
and personally presented at 133 houses. It does take a
little bit of time, but its time well spent. We received 59 nos so 59
houses we never have to go back to, another advantage over blanket
dropping. But we did get 74 yess, which is fantastic. And from that -
402 worth of orders, which averages 5.42 per catalogue.
For anyone out there whos not quite sure, Id say - do a mix. Go into
one street and blanket drop and another to personally present.
It does take a bit more time, but we guarantee you the results will
blow you away.

Last week EWB published your stories and photos from Kleenezes
Activity Weekend. However, were even happier to report that this
week, even more stories came through. The Activity Weekend was
definitely not a one-off! Scores of you continue to come together with
your teams for concentrated bouts of sales and sponsoring.
Thank you for keeping us in the loop and please continue to email us
all your feedback, stories and tips for success: [email protected].
Gold Distributors Lesley and Keith Ridden found a great new
way to get our new holiday incentive out to the masses:
We decided
that a great
way to get
Kleenezes
Doorstep
Destinations
out to extra
people, otherthan regular
customers, was
to contact groups. As Lesley is the Chorus Director of Tyneside Ladies
Barbershop Harmony Chorus (quite a title!), she did just that and the
chorus were delighted to jump at the opportunity of all taking a break
together - destination and date still to be decided! With over 25 girls
looking to take advantage of this incredible opportunity, Lesley will be
going too! With orders still being collected in, its fantastic to know
we will be collecting at least an extra 500 in sales. These girls travel
all over the world singing and now theyre going courtesy of a
Kleeneze incentive.
Keith has taken the idea to the golf club where he plays, and also
contacted other nearby clubs. Hes following this up next week to see
if the lads are going to action like the girls!
Its a fantastic opportunity to get this brilliant holiday offer out to
larger groups of people in your area. Why not give it a go? The worst
thing that happens is nothing and thats what you will have if youdont do anything! So what have you got to lose?
Doorstep Destinations has encouraged new customers to
place orders, meaning more sales for you and a scorching
summer for your businesses. Silver Distributor, Mark Tanner
has already witnessed his sales going up:
I visited my mothers last Sunday and my eldest brother and their
family were down from Yorkshire. Anyway, I was surprised by my
mother and my niece both giving me orders for 30 odd each. When I
told them about the holiday offer, my sister-in-law was in like a shot
and she gave me an order for 46 - she had never ordered from the
catalogue ever before.
The Activity Weekend was merely the tip of the iceberg when
it comes to boosting your businesses. Whether its a huge
team gathering, or pockets of activity here and there,
Kleeneze Distributors are unstoppable, as demonstrated by
Bronze Executive Distributor, Sheryl Dutton here!
We travelled up to north Manchester last week; went to an
opportunity meeting, stayed over and then spent the next day on
activity with the team in the area. We put out over 1,300 cards and
flyers plus many hot pockets and some shop cards.
Then at the weekend I spent Saturday evening with one colleague in
Birmingham where we put out over 900 business cards; loads of hot
pockets and some posters.
The activity doesnt stop there
Last September, hundreds of Distributors across the country got
together to mark the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning. Staff at HQ
also got together to raise money for the deserving cause and it proved
to be, not only a resounding success in terms of raising money for
charity, but also a great event for team-building and activity.
This year, Kleeneze and Macmillan are once again working together to
build on last years success. To make it even more fun were issuing a
challenge! Our target is to host 300 coffee mornings across the UK.Whether you raise 10 or 200 for the Worlds Biggest Coffee
Morning, every penny will make a difference in changing the lives of
people affected by cancer.
Every day 822 people in the UK are told they have cancer, explains
Macmillans Corporate Development Manager, Louise Ewers. This is
news that not only turns their world upside down but also affects their
family and friends.
Macmillans ambition is to help every one of these people by providing
them with the medical, emotional, practical and financial support they
need. Thats why we need your help more than ever.
By simply getting together with friends and family over a cuppa, you
will help us take a big step to reaching our ambition. Every penny youraise will fund more of our vital services and help to develop new ways
to change lives.
Its not all about coffee... If youre not a coffee
drinker then why not substitute coffee for herbal tea,
fruit juice, water or something a bit stronger, or if
youre feeling adventurous, impress your guests with
delicious smoothies!
Register now and make a real
difference by taking part in the
Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning. To register your Kleeneze coffee

Looking out of the office window at the grey skies and rain as we
write EWB, we can only feel one thing about Bronze Executive
Distributor, Ivan Darch. Jealousy! As this week it was confirmed that
Ivan has done the double and qualified for Cyprus AND Cape Town!
Firstly, please can you tell our readers that EWB isnt calling
you names with our headline?
No, thats my nickname in the Vision
Group. We all travelled to Spain and went
to the place where they shoot all the
western films. I dressed up as a Mexican
and am now known as Dirty Darchez!
So, youre the first double sales plan
qualifier. How does that feel?
Its fantastic. They are pretty awesome
events; you dont want to miss them if you
can help it! Ive been to Vienna and
Cannes before, so I know what these experiences are like. I was trying
to help someone in the team to qualify for Cyprus and I know that if
they did it, I would get to qualify too.
Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
My storys a bit different. Im friends with Richard and Clare Chantler
and when we were on holiday one year, they were telling me about
the business. I didnt realize there was more to Kleeneze than the
catalogues. They showed me the potential. Then they took me to a big
meeting where I heard Rob Forster speak. It was hearing him that
signed, sealed and delivered the whole deal for me.
I didnt join to earn a second income, because I already owned a
successful stationery company. However, I was working really longhours and had massive overheads. I saw with Kleeneze that it was a
much better lifestyle and more importantly, there was a residual
income with the whole thing. I had my own business for six years and
Id never been able to increase my income or draw any more money
because the cost of running the business was so high.
For the first six months with Kleeneze, I retailed part-time while I sold
my business. After the business was sold, I went full-time. I knew this
was the business for me.
What are your tips for success?
I always put Kleeneze down to work ethic. Most days of the week, Im
up at 5 or 6 in the morning and working until 11pm or midnight!
Even when I started, I retailed with all the spare time I had. I earned
871 in my first month with Kleeneze and that was just four hours a
day retailing.
You only ever get out what you put in with this business. You just
need to strive and do more than you think you can.
We all know that first impressions count and when it comes to this business, one of the best introductions
is through the Showcase. Weve lost count of the number of times weve heard, I wasnt really sure about
the business until I went to the Showcase, and, I joined after attending my first Showcase at the NIA.
It is, without question, the best way for anyone to see Kleeneze, so ensure you get your prospect tickets in early for the Xmas Showcase. You can
book straight through the Service Centre from Monday 3 August on 0844 848 5000, giving your prospects name, address, phone number and
email address. In the same week, your prospect will receive a confirmation email (you will be copied in) which he/ she should print out and bring
to the Showcase. The deadline for registering your prospects is noon on Friday 4 September. Anytime after that, you will have to register them at
the NIA Box Office at the morning of the Showcase, so try and avoid the queues and the hassle by booking them in early.
PROSPECTS CAN NOW ALSO BOOK THEIR TICKETS DIRECT ON OUR PROSPECT TICKET LINE - 0800 1181100. FOR PROSPECTS ONLY!
We can only say one thing keep going! If you find yourself losing motivation at any time, have a
quick look at Gold Distributor Donna Cleases story and photos below. Sunning yourself on a
Cypriot beach or trying to manipulate your umbrella while dodging puddles in force 10 gales inEngland...(and thats just July). We know what wed choose!
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kleeneze for a very sunny, relaxing week in Cyprus!
Back in January I attended the New Year Showcase at the NIA and my name was called out by
Michael Khatkar as I had won a week with a friend in the beautiful Majestic Gardens Resort in
Larnaka! All I had to do to win a number of prizes was put in as many orders of over 150
around the Christmas period as possible. Its true - you have to be in it to win it!
My friend and I have had such a lovely time. We had the pool to ourselves the entire week and,
thanks to Kleeneze, we also had free car hire so we took full advantage and drove around the
island. We visited Nissi Beach, the water park in Limassol and managed to get in a bit of retail
therapy! I couldnt come away without seeing the Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort which is
where all of the qualifiers for the Autumn Destination are going! It looks fantastic! Thank you
again. Its been the best prize I have ever won and its been even better telling people!Make sure you do whatever it takes next time the company runs an incentive like this!

It is, of course, the Kleeneze opportunity. And now, more than ever, people are coming into this business with the resolution to make a
more secure future for themselves and their families.
A wheely good opportunity!Due to the lack of building contracts because of the recession, Barry
Preece was looking for a way of getting a little extra income between
contracts. The Kleeneze option was perfect as it provided time
flexibility so that he could do any small building jobs that became
available and he could still work his Kleeneze business around them.
As a 68 year old he is putting more energy and enthusiasm into this
business than many of the youngsters. In only his first few days he got
well over 360 of orders.
Due to the area he lives in he has lost
virtually half of his original 200
catalogues (it is a retirement area as
well as having many student bedsits),
so he was desperate for more
catalogues hence the push to get the
360 (300BP) first order.
In order to build his catalogue numbers
up he has made full use of both the
Kleeneze catalogue incentives (half
Retail Kit and Full Retail Kit), also hisUplines incentive of a full Retail Kit for
1,000 of orders in the first full Period
(he couldnt wait for a full one so he
did it in the first 3 weeks).
How did he manage it? Well he had a secret weapon! He could not
wait for the new super duper Catapuller to become available so he
used his initiative a wheel barrow!
Graduate hits the Kleeneze booksI joined Kleeneze in January 2009 after my
hours were drastically cut at my part-time bar
job at University. I knew the business worked
as my parents, Tim and Tina Pace have been in
Kleeneze for two and a half years. Within that
time they have reached senior level, and have
recently qualified for this years autumn
destination, Cyprus.
I initially started the business whilst still at
University. I had moved away to Stoke-on-Trent, studying Drama,
Performance and Theatre Arts. I decided to travel home and begin
with two drops a month, allowing myself to start building up a
customer base for my return home in May, as I would have completed
my degree.
Before moving back home, I had already signed into the business my
friend and housemate from University who was also a student. After
coming home with me on a number of occasions and helping mewith my rounds, when she saw first hand the money making
opportunities and the versatility of this business, she was in!
Since returning home and, as I am sure hundreds of other graduates
have/are realising, finding no relevant job vacancies in my desired field
of work, I was faced with the decision; settle for any old job or
continue building my business? There was no chance I was going to
go back to working for someone else in an inappropriate working
environment that I had not trained for. So, whilst I am still looking for
work in my specified field, I have the ability to build a business that will
provide for me whenever I need it to, an incredible plan B for any
actor entering such an unstable career.
Since obtaining a team member and increasing my retail, I have
achieved 10% for two consecutive periods. My goals now include
sponsoring more people into my team, whilst still increasing retail to
further myself in this business.

Dubai-bye boss!We joined Kleeneze on 26 October 2008. After spending 7 years in
the Dubai rat race we decided to return to the UK with no real plans
on what we would do but I knew for certain that I did not want
another 9 to 5 office job that, with commuting time on top would
keep me away from spending quality time with my family.
With hindsight coming back at the time we did was probably not the
brightest thing I have done. The country was just heading into a
recession and jobs were being lost in the hundreds each week. So,
after doing the usual newspaper and job centre stuff for 6 weeks with
no promise of finding employment, I replied to an ad on the
community centres notice board. I liked the idea of being my own
boss and fitting work around the family and not the other way round.
At first we were a
little sceptical that
you could earn the
amounts being
bandied about and
didnt commit
ourselves to start
with, only taking
200 catalogue packs to try it out part time, as we still needed to find
accommodation and sort out a lot of other issues we had at the time.
Knowing what I know now I wish we had jumped in feet first because
trying to work out earnings for the job centre was a nightmare. So
after getting nowhere with them we took the decision to do more
hours and with the help of our sponsor we eventually went full-time
on 1 January 2009. We earned 837 in our first full period just by
following the system.

We thought youd like to know that this week the Service Centre moved to their newly customised office in HQ. Although a move within the
building may not seem of huge importance, this particular one is a milestone for the company. The move means that all Kleeneze HQ staff are
now in close proximity to each other meaning inter-departmental communications are much more efficient.
A handful of Network leaders who were already on site also joined us this week at HQ to celebrate this hugely important move for the companyand officially open the new Service Centre.

Were huge fans of recognition in this business and believe that hard work should be rewarded. This is why weve arranged for the people who
help your business run smoothly to be acknowledged accordingly.
Last week, Managing Director Jamie Stewart spoke at a Parcelforce conference saying, You dont just deliver parcels you deliver pay cheques.
This statement sums it all up for the company, who almost a year ago today took over as our new carriers, stating:
We realise that were delivering more than parcels. Were also delivering a commitment to you and your businesses.
At the same conference, Jamie also launched a new quarterly and annual award to keep the depots striving for
complete success when it comes to meeting your delivery expectations.
The awards are based on performance data, as well as any feedback that comes through from our Service Centre.
The first quarter (April, May, June) winner went to the Gatwick Depot who delivered 99.67% of parcels on time. The
second place winner was Carlisle depot with 99.66% and third was Leeds with 99.63%.
The winners receive an engraved trophy along with 100 of Kleeneze vouchers. At the end of the year, the
Annual Trophy along with 250 of Kleeneze vouchers will be awarded to the depot that has shown
consistent commitment to
Kleeneze Distributors.
