The legal drinking age in the state of Illinois is 21 forall alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages are per-mitted to leave the picnic site. In accordance with thelaws of our state, we reserve the right of our trained staffto assess the level of alcoholic consumption and actaccordingly, even if this differs from the original con-tract. Guidelines for alcoholic beverage service will varyby city, park and facility.

• The client is responsible for all requested rental equipmentleft on site. The client will take all necessary precautionsregarding the items rented, and protect all persons andproperty from injury or damage. Client is responsiblefor any lost equipment costs, replacement cost will becharged. Meeting these rental criteria will guarantee thatwe can provide you with consistent superior productsand services.

• All of our vendors have state of Illinois off premise foodand liquor license as well as Illinois amusement ride safetycertifications. Additional licenses or permits, such as oneday liquor licenses, forest preserve or tent permits are theresponsibility of the client.

• We are fully insured through American Family Insurance.Coverage $1,000,000 General Liability, $2,000,000Aggregate. A certificate of insurance can be providedfor a fee of $50 per additional insured.

• We do allow postponments for outdoor events up to48 hours prior to the event if the postponment is due toinclement weather (greater thatn 80% chance of rain).Deposit amounts can be used for rescheduling within 12months of the original event date. The new event date
