Tupac Amaru Shakur also known as 2 pac was a American rapper but also an actor. He was born June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996. he had sold over 75 million albums worldwide making him one of the best selling artist in the world in the year up to 2007. a magazine named Rolling atone named him the 86th greatest artists of all time. nearly all of Tupacs songs are based on the hardships in inner cities, racism and other social problems and also the violence between him and other rappers which was based around the coats of hip hop rivalry. His carer started as a back up dancer for a hip hop group Digital underground. Tupac had passed away on September the 13th 1996. he was shot on the 7th September and was taken to university medical centre where he died 6 days later of respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.
